Influence is 13. These terms are non-negotiable on every booking and must be acknowledged before we proceed.

Required for every event

Direct travel · 3 people Influence travels with one parent or caregiver and his Road Manager. All three travel together on direct routes wherever possible. Promoter covers all flights, accommodation, and ground transport for all three.

Hotel · connecting rooms Connecting rooms or a family suite. Minimum 4-star. Located within 20 minutes of the venue.

Green room · stocked Private green room with seating, water, juice, fruit, light snacks, and charging facilities. Locked or staffed.

Travel & accommodation paid by promoter All flights (Influence + parent/caregiver + Road Manager), hotel, ground transport, and any visa or work-permit fees are covered by the promoter on top of the artist fee.

Performance window · subject to review Set length and timing reviewed event by event. We work with the promoter to find the right slot for the artist's age and the show's energy.

Insurance & permits Promoter is responsible for event public liability insurance and any local minor-performer permits required by the law of the territory.

Payment 50% deposit on contract signing. Balance 14 days before performance. Non-refundable inside 30 days of event date.
